About the Role
The Insurance Sales & Client Services Representative will work directly with new and existing clients to understand their needs, recommend appropriate coverage options, and support them throughout the policy lifecycle. You’ll serve as a trusted liaison between policyholders and insurers, ensuring every client receives clear guidance, timely support, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through outreach, referrals, and community presence
- Assess client financial needs and risk profiles to recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Explain policy options across multiple lines, including:
- Auto
- Home
- Life
- Commercial
- Motorcycle
- SR‑22
- Surety Bonds
- General Liability
- Customize insurance plans to meet individual and business needs
- Process new applications and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate
- Manage policy renewals, updates, and coverage adjustments
- Assist clients with claims by providing guidance, documentation support, and follow‑through
- Maintain accurate and organized client records
- Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
